Today I lead the media production team at BALY, where we shipped 800+ ad videos in 2026 across Taxi, Food and Cards. My job is to keep the creative quality high while the volume grows: clear briefs, fast reviews and systems the whole team can run on.
I’m also leading our shift to AI-assisted production, from consistent brand characters to full campaigns made without a shoot.
